I am an award-winning technology entrepreneur, 3x founder and all-round strategist. My mission is to unlock value in the places people do not think to look. I build big solutions for very specific problems. I am best utilised in fundraising & business strategy, business model development, brand, product and growth.

My passion is building; I am a founder, Forbes 30 Under 30 Technology 2021 delegate and one of less than 20 black women in the UK that has ever raised venture capital. I built the first ever VC-backed ethnic grocery delivery company in the UK backed by the best VC in Europe. Oja transformed access to cultural groceries and paved the way to increasing the size & accessibility of this underrepresented market using technology, brand and product design, and a community-based growth hacking plan (including black Premier League & England footballers as investors and brand ambassadors).

Prior to Oja, I cut my entrepreneurial teeth by founding diversity recruitment marketplace, WCAN. WCAN supercharges the professional & personal development of over 10,000 black women members through skills training, mentorship, and fast-tracking to prestigious partner firms. A few of our many clients include Slaughter & May, Goldman Sachs, and McKinsey & Co.
Whilst working at investment banks, Rothschild & Co + Citi, I developed the skills and acumen that enable me to foster rigour in my work, and to solve problems that not only make good stories, but even better bottom lines. In 2014, I was selected by McKinsey & Company as a Next Generation Women Leader, this is also the year I built my first business, WCAN. The following year I graduated in Biomedical Sciences from University College London.

I have spoken at a number of events and have a number of resources and courses including my (to be released) fundraising guide and courses on Curating a Portfolio Career with AllBright Private Member's Club.
